The Supreme Council
The little known fourth branch of the US Government, responsible mostly for ruling on laws involving interstellar commerce. Their most famous ruling is probably The Star Wars Kid v the State of Iowa where they ruled that because the nature of light sabers are inherently tied to self defense, they are protected under the 2nd amendment right to bear arms and the 39th amendment right to wield mop handles.
